The system of the Cycle of Development (C.O.D.) was created in 2002, through the need to create a simple, systematic and user friendly developmental program, for the training and guidance of youths in the direct sales industry.

It is a structural program that allows individuals to both learn and train about businesses with a useful, quick and practical approach. It is divided in 3 departments; starting with the foundations of sales, the human resources and building up to more advanced and higher opportunities and positions.

C.O.D. is an innovative, systematic model with a clear and continuous way of creating and developing new companies, successfully used in more than 29 countries.
